The personally identifiable information collected is your first and last name, phone number, E-mail address, and any other information you share with us. This information may be used by Division 7 Kiwanis only and will not be shared with any third party or sold to any third party. This information may or may not be saved for future reference.

Records are maintained by Division 7 Kiwanis as required by law but they may be separate from the information we collect on this Web site. If, for any reason, you need to change the personally identifiable information we have collected through this Web site then please send us a new E-mail, with the changes listed, by using the form accessible from the Contact page.
